Centred was created as a space to reconnect — through movement, mindfulness, creativity and meaningful experiences that support wellbeing in everyday life.
In a world that often feels fast-paced and constantly demanding, my intention is to create spaces where people can pause, move, reflect and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels supportive, welcoming and real.
Before moving into wellbeing, I spent many years working in interior design and studio management. Those roles shaped my love for creating thoughtful experiences, bringing people together and designing spaces that feel intentional and considered — values that continue to influence Centred today.
Yoga first began as a personal practice, but quickly became something much deeper: a way to reconnect with myself, move more mindfully and create greater balance both physically and mentally. Over time, that practice evolved into a passion for creating experiences that help others do the same.
Today, alongside teaching at local studios, I focus on creating workshops, events and wellbeing experiences that blend yoga with movement, reflection, mindfulness and connection. From grounding and restorative practices to more energising and creative offerings, my aim is to make wellbeing feel accessible, meaningful and enjoyable — without pressure or perfection.
I believe wellbeing doesn’t have to look one certain way. It can be calming, energising, reflective, creative, social or restorative. At the heart of Centred is simply the intention to create experiences that help people feel more connected — to themselves, to others and to the present moment.
If you’re looking for welcoming spaces to move, reconnect and explore wellbeing in a thoughtful and approachable way, you’re very welcome here.
