Slow Flow Vinyasa

A slow, steady practice to help you settle and reconnect with your body.

Ground classes focus on simple, mindful movement and breath, helping you build awareness, feel supported, and come back to basics. A chance to slow things down, feel your feet on the mat, and reconnect with yourself.

Mats and props provided. Wear something comfortable you can move in. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.

Unwind

Gentle Stretch
& Yoga Nidra

A calming practice to release tension and deeply relax.

Unwind is designed to help you soften both body and mind. Through gentle movement, longer holds, and moments of stillness, these classes invite you to let go of the day and settle into a deeper sense of calm.

Includes extended Savasana and Yoga Nidra (guided deep rest). Bring warm layers and a cosy drink for the way home if you like. Mats and props provided.

Common Questions

No experience is needed for Ground or Unwind — both are suitable for complete beginners. Explore is a workshop that works well for anyone curious about breath, regardless of how long you've been practising.
Just yourself and comfortable clothing. Mats and props are provided. For Unwind, warm layers are recommended for the Yoga Nidra section — you're welcome to bring a blanket and a cosy drink too.
All classes take place at Mrs Peony, Ingleberry Road, Shepshed, LE12 9DE. When you turn off the road, follow through the open black barrier and around the back of the buildings to the parking area. Access is under the archway, up the steep steps to the left.
Please cancel at least 12 hours before your class. Cancellations within this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Absolutely. Many people find that Ground and Unwind complement each other beautifully — one to energise your week, one to close it out. You're welcome to book into both and see what resonates.
