Yoga, workshops and wellbeing experiences blending movement, mindfulness, creativity and connection.
Hi, I’m Olivia, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
I found yoga at a time when I really needed to reconnect with myself. What began as a way to slow down and manage anxiety gradually became something much bigger — a practice that helped me feel more grounded, connected and at home in my body.
Through Centred, I create yoga classes, workshops and wellbeing experiences designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing through movement, mindfulness and connection.
Alongside teaching at local studios, I now focus on creating thoughtful experiences that blend yoga with breathwork, reflection, creativity and community — from grounding and restorative practices to more energising, movement-led sessions and wellbeing events.
My approach is supportive, welcoming and accessible. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or know any poses to join — just a willingness to show up as you are.
Whether you’re looking to build strength and confidence in movement, slow down after a busy week, reconnect with yourself, or simply try something new, my aim is to create spaces where you can move, breathe and feel more connected — physically, mentally and emotionally.
There’s no pressure to get anything “right” here. You’re invited to explore movement in a way that feels supportive for your body, take things at your own pace, and find what wellbeing means for you.
At the heart of Centred is the belief that wellbeing should feel human, accessible and meaningful — creating opportunities to pause, reconnect and share experiences alongside a like-minded community
"I thoroughly enjoyed my recent session with Olivia. She had a very gentle, calming teaching style and made me feel completely at ease as someone new to yoga. The sequences flowed really well together and the reflection time at the end was so peaceful and relaxing. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!"
- YOGA PRACTITIONER
"I love attending Olivia's yoga sessions! She has such a welcoming, calm, gentle approach that immediately puts you at ease. The pace is unhurried, with each movement flowing naturally into the next, allowing you to really connect with your breath and body. Olivia explains everything clearly and creates a space that feels supportive and inclusive. I always leave feeling rebalanced, centred and grounded, with a real sense of calm that stays with me long after the class has ended. "

A slow, steady practice to help you settle and reconnect with your body.
Ground classes focus on simple, mindful movement and breath, helping you build awareness, feel supported, and come back to basics. A chance to slow things down, feel your feet on the mat, and reconnect with yourself.

A calming, 90 minute practice to release tension and deeply relax.
Unwind is designed to help you soften both body and mind. Through gentle movement, longer holds, and moments of stillness, these classes invite you to let go of the day and settle into a deeper sense of calm.
A more spacious way to explore movement, wellbeing and connection.
Through workshops, retreat days and seasonal events, Explore offers experiences that go beyond the usual class format — blending yoga, mindfulness, creativity and reflection in thoughtful and welcoming spaces.
Each session is unique, designed to help you reconnect, try something new and support your wellbeing in a meaningful way.

Do I need experience?
Not at all. Classes are designed to be welcoming and accessible, whether you’re completely new or returning after some time away.
What should I expect from a class?
Each class offers a calm and supportive space to move gently, connect with your breath, and take time to slow down. There’s no pressure to keep up or get anything “right”.
Are the classes suitable if I have an injury or condition?
In many cases, yes — but it’s always best to get in touch beforehand so I can make sure the class is right for you.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep rest, where you are invited to lie down and be gently guided through breath and awareness, allowing the body and mind to fully relax.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and something comfortable to move in. Mats and any props will be provided. If attending an Unwind class, you may like to bring a cushion and blanket from home for your comfort in the extended Savasana. I also encourage anyone to bring a sealed travel mug with your favourite bedtime drink.
Can I cancel?
Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Anything less than 24 hours notice can unfortunately not be refunded due to costs of venue hire.
Where are the classes held?
Most of my classes are held in the wonderfully grounding space at Mrs Peony, near Shepshed and Loughborough. My postnatal course is located at Diseworth Village hall. All details on location and access are provided in the booking confirmation emails. If anything is unclear, please reach out.
