A gentle exploration of how breath shapes movement

In this workshop, we’ll slow things down and explore the relationship between breath and movement — noticing how the way we breathe can support, soften, and deepen our practice.

Together, we’ll look at how breath influences the body, and how small shifts in awareness can help you move with more ease, stability, and connection. Rather than adding anything complicated, the focus is on returning to something simple and intuitive.

Through guided movement, moments of pause, and space to notice, you’ll be invited to explore how to work with your breath in a way that feels natural and supportive for you.

This workshop is open to all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding of your practice.

We will end the workshop with a Yoga Nidra practice, followed by refreshments and time to answer any questions.
